We have a brand new feed in the Rowers platform and mobile app. You will now be able to see more information and data around your training in one place. The feed provides athletes and coaches direct access to their training programs and summary information. We have also introduced new widgets for athletes to see their morning monitoring and training load scores.

For Athletes:

  • Training Summary (on all plans)
  • Morning Monitoring (Performance Plan)
  • Training Load Score (Performance Plan)

For Coaches:

  • Training Summary (on all plans)

Training Summary Stats

Athletes and Coaches can see a summary of training that is planned. This can be viewed by week / month / year.

Athletes can now see their morning monitoring stats in the app. They can review all the data you have entered immediately.

Training Load Stats

On web we have made some big speed improvements to the app. These speed improvements make navigating and using the app simpler and easier to use. Along with the speed improvements we’ve made some styling changes to make it easier to find your account details.
